The work behind the service

A harvest planned around your woodland

Timber harvesting starts with your goals for the property. Patriot uses cut-to-length harvesting: the Ponsse H8 HD head fells, delimbs and cuts logs near the stump. A forwarder carries the logs to the landing rather than dragging them through the woods.

At the landing, logs are sorted and stacked for transport. Planning access, the landing and the trees to retain helps connect the harvest to the long-term use of your land. Discuss selective harvesting and forest regeneration with our team before work begins.

What we can help with

  • Cut-to-length (CTL) logging that minimizes ground disturbance
  • A blend of mechanical machinery and time-tested technique
  • Selective harvesting planned around forest regeneration
  • Minimal waste, with more value recovered from every stand

Your next step

Start with a conversation about your woods.

What to have ready

Tell us where the property is, how it is accessed, and what you hope to achieve. Share acreage if known, photos, and any areas you want protected. A property conversation and site assessment help define the work.
